Nestled in blissful bucolic surroundings in the scenic French department of Seine-et-Marne in Île-de-France, 4* Campsite Le Chêne Gris is an ideal holiday destination for relaxing breaks in the heart of nature. A stay at this family friendly resort benefits guests with the chance to enjoy peaceful days in the inviting outdoors as well as captivating day trips in the enchanted kingdom of Île-de-France.
The campsite also has a beautiful aquatic area with an indoor pool and an outdoor pool with a playground. For added comfort, adults can keep an eye on their children from the sun loungers provided.
In addition to the aquatic area, several activities are on offer. Children can choose to go to the kids club while adults can play table tennis or pétanque.
Once the activities are over, head to the campsite restaurant with its varied menu. For those who wish to limit their movements, a takeaway service is available. Not to mention the presence of a bar, a snack bar and a mini-market. For a wider choice, a large supermarket and bakeries can be found in the town of Coulommiers.

There are numerous things to do while enjoying a stay at the resort, including onsite activities such as table tennis and petanque, as well as nearby recreational pursuits such as horse riding, go-kart racing and river kayaking. An exciting Kid’s Club run by an energetic animation team encourages young holidaymakers to join in the fun of sports competitions, creative workshops, games and parties. Junior campers will also love swinging, sliding and bouncing around the onsite playground.
Swimming & Wellness
The swimming pool complex at the resort features plenty of space for children to splash around and adults to worship the sun. Comprised of a covered pool, outdoor pool and lagoon splash playground with slides and waterfalls, the pool complex is a favourite among youngsters. The spacious sun terrace welcomes grown ups to savour sunny relaxing moments with a good book and a refreshing drink.

Nous y sommes juste aller pour 2 nuits en fin septembre et c'était très agréable car super calme du au fait que c'est la fin de saison. Juste faire un effort et continuer de nettoyer la piscine sinon rien d'autre à dire on a bien dormis au calme c'était reposant.

Points positifs : très beau cadre et super équipe (Snack et sécurité) ! Points négatifs : ménage mal fait, à notre arrivée : placards cuisine condamnés, pas de gaz, ni micro-ondes, pas de vaisselle (obligée de contacter le gentil agent de sécurité pour nous dépanner pour que bébé mange chaud), terrasse glissante (mon ami a glissé sur le tapis en caoutchouc sur la terrasse mouillée et est tombé), pour la douche : une horreur ! Variations de températures du glacé au brûlant et inversement et pour finir : chutes de glands à répétition jour et nuit sur toit métallique, branches qui frottent quand y a du vent. Mauvais entretien : canette devant les toilettes du camping, aire de jeux pour enfants : papiers et bouts de carton. Balai et pelle en très mauvais état pour entretenir le bungalow et nettoyer lors du départ.
